What is it used for?
It’s designed to convert analog Scart signal to HDMI signal, connect Scart devices such as DVD player, set-top box to HD display. Share your smart phone photos, music and movies on the HDTV, enjoying your time with families.
It can be switched to 720p/1080p(60hz) that suit your input devices

720P/1080P: Switch the resolution, you can choose one suit your device
Scart Input: Connect to devices with scart output interface, like DVD, Set-top box, Game Console stc.
HDMI Output: Connect to HDTV, Monitors or Projectors.
Power: It has Power indicator, after connecting to the power adapter, it will turn red.
DC 5V: Connecting to the 5V 1A adapter or PC/TV USB port through USB cable.

Scart input format: Support PAL, NTSC3.58, NTSC4.43, SECAM, PAL/M, PAL/N standard TV formats input.
HDMI OUTPUT
HDMI output interface: connect to HDTV or monitor.
HDMI output format: Compatible with HDMI1.3, Support 720p/1080p Output.
Attention!!!
1. It’s SCART to HDMI Converter, not HDMI to SCART.
2. Please make sure your source device has Scart interface, and want to connect it to HDTV, monitor or projector.
3. Please refer to the product description and application connection diagram pictures.
4. This Scart to HDMI Converter only surpports cvbs vedio singal, NOT supports RGB video singal. Before using our SCART to HDMI Converter, please set your SCART device into cvbs format such as DVD, TV BOX, or game console.
